This property is amazing and very clean. There’s a 24 hour security at the entrance gate so felt very safe. There’s some construction noise near by but didn’t mind it at all. This place is a gem! Would stay here again. "

Mosquitoes are relentless bring your repellent or you’ll get eaten alive. Great experience, staff was super helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend and would definitely return with my arsenal of mosquitoe repellent of course."

"I would definitely recommend this property. Everything was great. The staff was always kind and helpful. The facility was always clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Our room was always clean when we returned from our activities and smelled so good. We always felt safe and they had staff on duty all night monitoring the facility. The restaurant had the best food we ate on our whole trip. It was absolutely delicious and the waiter was fantastic. There is not one thing I can say negative. This place is top quality. "

"Loved our stay & will be back. Stephanie was super accommodating and met all of our needs. My first time in Tulum & absolutely no complaints. Looks just like photos & the vibe was very peaceful !
5 min drive to a strip with tons of affordable street food, and there are some restaurants on the strip as well. There’s also a beautiful park on the strip and the area feels safe. I would get a rental next time, but to only stay in the local area because some places take you through the actual jungle with no real road to be able to get to your destination. Easy to access a taxi tho.
Tip: if you are planning to go to sculpture park it’s 20 min drive and located next to the beach so pack a bathing suit to enjoy the beach afterwards. There is a nice strip over there as well with bars and restaurants along the beach. We walked the beach and found several fun things to do over there. Food in that area was pricey in my opinion (compared to the strip by the hotel). "

"My stay at Tiki Tiki Tulum Hotel was nothing short of amazing! The property is absolutely stunning — every detail feels intentional and inviting, from the beautiful design to the serene surroundings. My room was spotless, spacious, and so comfortable, with everything I could possibly need.
The staff truly made the experience exceptional. Julie, Naomi, and Rosa were all so warm, welcoming, and attentive — they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Additionally, Juan Pablo, Maria (Divine Mother), and the entire Tierra team were incredible. You can truly feel how much everyone cares about their guests.
I have no complaints whatsoever and would stay here again and again without hesitation. Tiki Tiki captures everything that makes Tulum special — relaxing, stylish, and full of heart. I’m so grateful for every connection made during this trip and already looking forward to future stays!"
