"Was very surprised that hotels.com rated this an 8.0. It was far from an 8.0. First we were put in a room that the bed was not made. Second room was in tact but had a whole in the room ceiling, and no drain plug in the sink. To say something positive I could say they did have clean towels and they did honor our wishes to be on the ground floor. The glass in casement upon entering the hotel lobby gave me the impression that this area is not so safe so one night was all I could take. Will be watching more closely the rates on hotels.com from now on."

"Pros: Free Parking, Free Parking, Free Parking Cons: Batroom not cleaned, Bed Sheets where ripped, not cleaned with hair present from previous guests. In the Morning housekeeping lady cleaning on the 2nd. Floor was very LOUD for over 30 min on the hallway, I had to come out and asked her to please lower her voice while we try to get some rest."
