"This is a beautiful hotel, all the staff are so happy to help with anything. Our room was spacious and very bright and equipped with everything you could possibly need in a hotel bedroom. The bed was very comfortable and the linens very good quality. The location couldn't be better for wandering through the old town with the lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. Can't wait to return on our next visit to Quebec."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Tasteful room remodeling in a heritage building. Room condition and amenities were excellent. Dailly cleaning well done. Slopes in hallways were not accented enough, caught us off-guard a few times. Heat pump remotes were too complicated, hard to get room temperature figured out."

"We had a lovely 3-night stay for my husbands birthday. We were unhappy with our assigned room (required two separate elevators and was very dark with small windows) and they graciously accommodated a room change and a complementary split of champagne! (I had mentioned my husband’s birthday.). Service was excellent throughout the weekend and our room was lovely. Merci!"
