Keep in mind there are No elevators. It is an old building, but I loved that! It’s a pretty property. The bigger rooms require more stairs! Room 10 had no ac, so we told the front and they moved us rooms to a smaller one, but honestly it was less stairs and super pretty to walk out and immediately view the fountain. So it was a plus. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We loved our stay for Mothers/Daughters Getaway wkend!!! Our room was beautiful, clean & stocked!! We absolutely loved the casino, pool & Starbucks being in the hotel lobby!! We will definitely stay @ Harrah’s on the coast again!!

We took a trip to New Orleans and stayed at Hotel Pearle for 4 nights. This place was exactly as described. Beautiful from the moment you walk in. The room was clean and had everything you could anticipate needing. The hotel is not routinely staffed however, the host is responsive to messages should you need anything. The location was perfect. Far enough away from Bourbon St to enjoy a peaceful nights sleep after a full day of touring and walking the town. There is a street car stop directly in front of the hotel, one a block away behind the hotel, with additional stops within 3 blocks. Once you learn the routes and system, this will save you a ton of walking. One important thing to know is that many hotels in the area do not offer free parking. Most hotels we looked at were right around the same price per night plus an additional $20-$35 per day parking fee. This Hotel has free parking for 1 vehicle in their covered and secured garage. I had no worries at all leaving my vehicle parked here. I will say the only downside to our stay was the door to our room was a bit hard to push open once unlocked, possibly due to an uneven floor or the door sweep at the bottom may be too snug and there were no televisions in the bedrooms with only one television in the living room. With that said, we would definitely stay again and again at this lovely place anytime we visit New Orleans.
