Our beautiful Villa has just been refreshed for the 2023 season! Overlooking the tennis courts, this immaculate two bed, two bath has a fresh open Low Country feel. The inviting granite in the kitchen to the beautiful hardwood floors throughout, pack your bags and leave your worries behind!
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 40” flat screen TV, the guest suite is also a king with a 32” flat screen TV as well!
The living room and kitchen open up to a sun porch and a spacious deck overlooking beautiful palm trees and clay tennis courts!
Cable and Wifi are provided at no charge.
Amenity cards giving you access to the facilities of the Seabrook Island Club may be purchased for a daily or weekly fee. ($225 week or $40 day) (For entire villa occupants. ) This card give you access to the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor (seasonal), Pelican’s Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf, equine center, and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply).
We have a guest of owner card giving you free access to pools and workout facilities at the Lakehouse!

The minute we walked in we were extremely impressed. It was very clean and loved the decor. It felt so homey and everything you needed and more was there. Loved the comment book about our stay where you could read what and where others who stayed there were from. We just made ourselves at home. The grounds were very clean and people were quite friendly.
I would highly recommend this Villa.

Lovely Getaway!
The condo and Seabrook Island are both beautiful! The condo is gorgeous and vey comfortable with everything we needed for our group of four. It is close to the beautiful beach and also close to Charleston. The owners were super helpful and communicative. We would definitively stay again!

Upgraded and prime location.
We loved being within walking distance of the lake house, pool, basketball courts, playground, tennis courts, and equestrian center. These provided great evening entertainment for our daughter after a long day on the beach! The villa was gorgeous and perfect for us.

We loved it here! Host was very responsive and helpful. The villa was super clean and so pretty! Loved the location and the pool right across the street was clean and relaxing. Plenty of space. We were in town to see the Dave Matthews Band concert in Charleston and my husband's birthday. We spent a day in Charleston. We didn't mind the 45 min drive at all since our area was so nice.
We frequented Java Java at Freshfield Village which was very close. The grocery store and gas station there were so convenient.
Though we had to drive to it, the beach access wasn't bad at all.
It stormed and raining the first few days, but the armtmosphere more than made up for it.
The Salty Dog restaurant was right down the road. It has amazing views! You can't tell from the front of the restaurant. You really have to go in and check it out. Great vibe! Overall, an excellent, stress free getaway. Would love to return!
