“Gloria at the front desk. I had an absolutely horrible day. My husband recently died. My kids were fighting. I had put them on an airplane and was driving 13 hours by myself. And Gloria just met me where I was super sweet really kind and helpful and just what I needed I cannot tell her thank you enough. She is a Jim and you should keep her.”

“Adequate hotel, showing its age”

“This is a relatively new hotel and it has some growing pains. Check in is easy but establishing a registered car for parking and parking the car and then finding your way back into the hotel are extremely difficult. The rooms are beautiful. The trek from the elevator to the room was quite long. The rooftop bar did not have two of the tap beers on the menu and no cabernet sauvignon. The appetizers in the bar were simply terrible. Especially the "crispy" chick peas that were flavorless and……

“We were welcomed by friendly staff and our room was very clean, quiet and beds were so comfortable. The location was convenient to everything we did. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I hope to stay again when I go back to Virginia. The 24 hour coffee and tea availability was a hit for us and the breakfast was excellent, more to choose from than most . Thanks for a wonderful stay !”
