Our boarding passes had the wrong departure gate for our connection at the Kahului airport. We had a 3 hour layover to catch our connecting flight to the Big Island and we were waiting at Gate 9 as our Hawaiian Airlines Boarding Passes indicated. The gate was changed and nobody notified us. So while we waited at Gate 9, we missed our flight. When we finally figured it out, the gate attendants said that they had been calling our name over the intercom, but that was in the other wing of the airport. Nobody thought to call over to our gate and have it announced there. Consequently we had to wait a couple more hours for another flight. That is the only negative part of our experience with Hawaiian Airlines, and it was very frustrating!
