I had left my pillow in my room. The front desk called me to let me know and they mailed it to me. I am very grateful for that. I will return again

This was the only convenient hotel when visiting our daughter, who lives outside Sandy, and we were very pleasantly surprised. Nice clean rooms and halls, comfortable bed with choice of pillows, friendly staff, and more than the usual food choices for breakfast.

The staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests. Definitely 5 star. Dislike: We booked an ADA room but we still had to request a shower chair and a non-slip mat for the shower. Plus there should be a horizontal bar next to the toilet for the disabled to use. I had to rely on my walker. - In my opinion, an ADA room should have a step in shower. Not a conventional bathtub. - We were disappointed to have the counter top cracked, significantly, under the microwave. It's very...

Stayed on a Wednesday night by myself and was pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. I had a long day and did not arrive until almost 7:00pm. I asked for a recommendation to a good restaurant in the area and was told to try Troutini's. What a FANTASTIC find !! The continental breakfast the following morning was great. The staff made sure the food selections were well stocked. I was in a bit of a hurry but I did enjoy my coffee and oatmeal.

Sitting erea is good size. But the bathroom is so small. And the sink is located in the bathroom so can’t get ready or use the sink while someone is in there.. has two TVs that is really nice when traveling with kids. Staff has been super nice Josh was amazing and super quick when we needed something!

Guy at check in was awesome. Room was great. Enjoyed our time.

Breakfast options could have been a little better.

We frequently stay at this location for business purposes, and I do mean FREQUENTLY!! We've found the staff very friendly and accommodating. Although we have had some small issues a FEW times during stays: bathroom door not locking, fan not working, ac not working, missing fridge/micro, they have ALWAYS come through for my technicians. In our line of business where we travel A LOT, it is hard to find a good stay where my guys can get a good days sleep (working graveyard) without interruption,...

I really like the spacious room with wood floating. Could use a dog area

Great place to stay! Comfy beds, all of the staff are super punctual, polite and personable if you like to chat, but mind their own selves also if you prefer to hermit in your room. (Which is a huuuuge perk for me cause since I like lots of privacy) I have been super greatful to stay here and I feel like the staff here is deserving of a shout out and possibly an award for "most accommodating". And I mean that in a way that they treat guests like actual real people and not just wallets. There's a...
