"Breakfast area was NOT stocked at all! No waffle batter! No fruit! No muffins! Bare! 1st time Ive seen it like this!"

"There were no carts available to take our luggage to the room. We had to make two trips to get everything up there. The staff said someone took them to their room and didn't return them. The A/C didn't keep the room cool. I would say it was because the bed was too close to the unit. "
