"I felt the front desk person was insulting upon check in. I survived a roll over crash wherein I was ejected from the vehicle and broke my spine. When I requested a first floor room, the guy at front desk rolled his eyes, huffed, and said "It's only one flight of stairs. " I felt as if he was trying to imply I was just being lazy. When I called him out on it, he never even apologized, just made excuses. Very rude, do not recommend. "
