“Good location near shopping mall and market. The room was spacious and comfortable but we needed to climb up the stairs with our heavy luggage. Dinner was delicious.”

“Property delivers beautiful views, but the good was average and below expectations, the fans provided in the bedrooms were inadequate and I barely slept a wink, disturbed further by an early morning brewery delivery below my bedroom window. I won’t be staying again :-(”

“This charming Inn was just what we wanted, old world charm mixed with great accommodations. The food from breakfast to dinner was wonderful. The garden area was equally warm and inviting.”

“I had a warm welcome and my case was taken up to my room. The room was large with king sized bed. All clean, dated, but that suited the age of hotel! There was a small table with kettle and a selection of tea, coffee etc. Large en-suite with large shower. Lots of choices on breakfast menu and cooked freshly. Parking was easy. Location was excellent. 5 minutes walk to Lacock Abbey. Lacock is a very small place but very interesting.”

“Our bedroom was lovely, large room, very clean and fantastic bathroom. Mini fridge and air con were positives too. I found the downstairs areas of the hotel lacking in atmosphere. The evening dining options were poor with just the la carte menu or room service. There was no bar menu, which we found a bit odd. The room service menu could quite easily be offered in the bar area. The breakfast was cooked to order but was tasteless and some light music would have set off a better vibe. Not a bad……
