Initial building front door staff / hosts were patronising and rude when we sat down in the restaurant without ‘booking in’ via them. Restaurant food quality was extremely poor for the expensive prices charged. I’d seek out better quality food and service next time. Rooftop restaurant on the other hand was fantastic service, best we received all weekend especially a lovely lady with an Irish accent."

"I often use this hotel because it is very close to Central Line. It is comfortable and has an onsite restaurant. It's functional and has all the amenities for a shart stay. But it's beginning to look tired, the shower is slow to heat up and, even though I upgraded to an executive room, it was very cramped. Staff are excellent though and I will probably stay again."
