“Staff very pleasant … my main issue was no fridge in the room .. when you are staying several days it’s nice to be able to have things on hand if you fancy a snack or a cold drink . No ice machines or ice buckets either . These things just make things more comfortable when people are coming and going and want a cold drink . Overall the hotel did the job . Beds were comfortable Oh step into the bath to get a shower was very high if you have leg mobility issues I would ask for a ADA room . I……

“Excellent Brilliant Gorgeous Friendly Unique”

“Terrible experience. I had a late check in and there was nobody there to let me in. A random guest had to come and open the door. I just stayed in a random room because there was no service or check in instructions. The room was filthy. The spread and sheets reeked of urine. Old towels were left in the room. The bathroom was nasty. Didn’t even use it. I laid on the other bed for like a few hours just to get some kind of value. I left right after that. I would not recommend this location.”

“Good hotel”

“Big room and good mattress only”

“Great location, room was clean, staffs were always helpful ”

“The location was good as close to Paddington station . The rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. We stayed in the lower floor room and we need to carry our luggage through the narrow stairs. Also if we want to have air conditioning, need to pay extra 10 pounds . The layout of the room was very crowded with 5 beds and no desk and chair to work. The water outflow of the shower very slow, so water got accumulated. Also we could hear the noise of the underground and train.”

“The front desk staff were friendly, and the bathroom was spacious enough, but the room facilities were rather basic.”

“Convenient location, nicely appointed room.”
