“Everything was perfect! Very clean, easy to get to and communication was great. We had kids competing at New Balance, the distance could not have been better, 5 minute walk. Wish we would have found this sooner. Things to note- this unit was a 3 level walk up and it’s an older building with very loud creaky floors. Was no problem for us but good details for some. Definitely recommend! ”

The building is mostly filled with university students, so it felt more like staying in a dorm than a vacation rental, which was never disclosed.The apartment was in poor condition: everything had been painted over so many times that doors would stick, the microwave door was barely hanging on after being duct-taped as a “fix,” and there were mold spots visible in some areas....
