“I stayed at the loft for UofTampa move in. It was perfect for me and my daughter. Very comfortable, quiet, and extremely clean. Less than 10 min drive to campus which was perfect. 3 mins to one of our favs, Armature Works and 15 mins to all the stores we needed. Lisa, the host was so responsive. I couldn’t beliwve how quickly she responded when I had a couple of questions.Easy parking in building lot. ”

“We stayed with family in several units on this property and ours was by far the best. It was cozy with that home feel and personal touch from the moment we arrived. All appliances were in working order parking was easy and Gregg was amazing and made sure my family and I were taken care of (since I was stuck working the day we were to check in and arrived later).
