“I stayed at the loft for UofTampa move in. It was perfect for me and my daughter. Very comfortable, quiet, and extremely clean. Less than 10 min drive to campus which was perfect. 3 mins to one of our favs, Armature Works and 15 mins to all the stores we needed. Lisa, the host was so responsive. I couldn’t beliwve how quickly she responded when I had a couple of questions.Easy parking in building lot. ”

“This unit is small, but it was just me and my dog. There was an odd smell when I arrived, but I opened the windows for an hour and it was resolved. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook simple meals. The unit has a dedicated parking spot, and there's a nice grassy area with a fire pit to enjoy if the weather allows.”

“My husband and I Love Little Harbor. Everything we like all in one safe, friendly, away from the big tourist areas resort style community. It's still within an hour drive to all the big beaches for the true beach days. But; for a SeaBay beach, Little Harbors is small, clean, great view and right next to the Sunset Grill with music all day and night. “I was well-informed of the check-in/check-out process. Well organized/managed. The unit was clean and comfortable. For a little more than our previously booked hotel, we were able to enjoy a full "home". The views were perfect offering both sunrise & sunset from the balcony. We walked to the beach, dined at local restaurants and caught a brief rest poolside at the waterpark. Perfect little getaway. ”

“This location was perfect for a family get-together for New Year's Eve...3 generations, three adults, two children and 2 dogs... Close to a beautiful beach where it is walkable if you choose or there is also public beach parking nearby. We would definitely go back to this rental in the future. Andi was great with providing checkin details, bring pets and a providing a pack and play for the 1 yr old. She was very quick to reply with assistance and questions.”
