Just off the Empire State Trail, this cozy escape is perfect for outdoor lovers—bike, hike, snowmobile, or ride your ATV within minutes. Sip wine at a nearby trail-side winery or pick fresh blueberries with the family for a true Upstate New York getaway.

Please note:The garbage bins are located in front of the large white house next door as you pull in the driveway.

Grill- Guest are responsible for refilling the propane. Please clean after each use

🐈🐕This property is pet-friendly ( pet with fee up to 2 dogs.) Permission needed for more than 2. Make sure to clean up after your fur babies. To ensure a clean, healthy, and respectful environment, all dog owners are required to immediately clean up and properly dispose of their dogs waste on the property. Gorgeous space

The house is beautiful and classic with character but some modern touches. The brick patio, lake view, and outdoor space in general is stunning and enviable. Everything was clean and instructions were easy to follow.

Cozy little house with great views

The house was very charming with wonderful views of the lake and the surrounding neighbors are nice and quiet. Outdoor space is great and some resident eagles even came by each morning to visit! Cozy old house,would definitely return! One thing to bear in mind is that since it's an old country house the stairs upstairs are very narrow and steep and the floors are not even so could be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. There is a bedroom downstairs in case going upstairs is not convenient!
