“Meals weren’t great. I ordered fish and chips expecting a nice piece of fish battered and fried, but got some nasty frozen pre-made fish. Waitress completely messed up our order. But the staff was nice.”

“There were bugs in the room. Asked manager to see if they can change it but according to manager they were sold out for that night.
It was late so ended up staying there but no other action taken by manager or basic apology.”
