"The showers and bathroom were not cleaned from the prior guest. there were still hairs on the floor and shower wall including hairs outside the bathroom on the floor. did not make the room feel clean at all."

Told staff I was leaving and wanted to cancel reservation after being there about 10 minutes. She told me "could give you a better room". As if the room given to me she knew was not good. Horrible place. Very unclean. Staff in lobby were nice when checking in. Place was very simple and plain in appearance of lobby area. Didn’t expect the Hilton, however, WILL NEVER STAY THERE AND DON'T RECOMMEND. "

"I really didn't like the microwave breakfast sandwiches. Maybe give the guests a choice of microwaving their own sandwich. It would be nice to have one microwave for each floor in the ice bend area to make it easier for the senior citizens. "
