Great condo

This condo is beautiful and oceanfront like we prefer. Furniture was comfortable and new. The owner was available for questions. Spacious place and everything you need for your stay. We will be staying there again!

Great location!

Easy access to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance! So glad we chose this over a hotel for our family on our first trip to cocoa beach.

Overall great place to stay.

My only complaint was the cleanliness. There was dirty towels on the back of the master bathroom door, left over shampoo and conditioner in the shower floor, didn’t look like the shower had been cleaned. Their was also a sausage, egg and cheese bagel that was left in the microwave that had mold growing on it. With that being said I would defiantly stay again. We were able to watch 2 Space X rocket launches that came right over the top of us. The view of the beach is amazing.

Better Than Expected!

From the communication with owner Mark; to the detailed instructions on how to enter; the secure parking garage; the overall security of the building; the VIEW from a very generous sized balcony, with sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom; it felt like home away from home and there were so many things we just loved. You will not regret selecting this property and we will be back! Thank you!!

great- even in the rain!

We learned this week that if we had to be at the beach in what turned out to be a historically cold, windy, and rainy week that well-- its still the beach and this is an OK place to be. The unit itself was comfy, warm, well-equipped (even the TV was easy to use), and regardless of the weather-- offered spectacular ocean views! The weather did not allow for space launches this week, but we enjoyed watching the cruise ships come and go and were amazed by those brave folks who surfed in the waves ...The balcony is covered so we could sit out there in the rain and still be dry. The location couldn't be better..we were close enough to good restaurants (Coconuts was a fav), excellent pizza (Mimmo's), coffee shops (Foxtail), breakfast (Whisk and Grind, IHop), grocery stores, and things to do inside (The Wizard of Oz museum was fun) ... So even tho we really missed that Florida sunshine - we enjoyed our stay at this condo

One of our favorites places!

This is our fourth time in six years staying at this complex. We love the complex, but especially love this condo! The owners are easy to communicate with and the condo is perfect for our family of 4! We will for sure be returning and hopefully booking this condo again if it’s available in future years!!

Peaceful stay!!

5th floor Ocean View!!!!!!

Very nice condo with great views!! Enjoyed a trip to the Space center and a lovely Sunset Cruise!! Restaurants were also very good.😊

Owners were very accommodating and respond quickly. Unit was very nice. The building is older and needs work, but that’s not saying anything about the unit itself. We would definitely book again.

Location, location, location!

Perfect location for the beach, restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. This condo is very well appointed and offers a great stay for adults and teenagers. We will definitely stay again. The property manager and owner are very friendly, helpful, and communicates everything we need to know.

Family vacation

Property was exactly as posted. The beds were amazing and the ocean view was amazing and calming. Was able to see the lift offs of Cape Canaveral from our balcony. The whole trip was very relaxing & stress free. Would book again for sure.

Great time with kids and grandkids

The place was great, view was great. Had to move a few things to the spare bedroom room because my 14 month old granddaughter was visiting and didn’t want her to accidentally break something. Overall great experience

Pro's: Spacious condo at a great location. Beautiful view. Comfortable beds. Has everything you need for your stay. Con's: Kitchen could be updated, especially the refrigerator. All in all a great place to stay.

Beautiful view for a very reasonable cost. Walking distance to lots of good places to eat and shop. I’m new to VRBO, but I find it hard to believe that all hosts are as responsive as these folks. They couldn’t have been better in serving our needs. Will rent this place again soon!

Great location and view.

Our stay was very fun and relaxing. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby too. Condo was nice and clean. Has all the amenities that we needed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is there where roof repairs going on while we were there and being top floor you hear it all. That being said I would stay there again.

Great Stay

We were here for 2 weeks. It was fabulous. You cannot beat the views of and access to the beach. The condo is nicely done, clean, spacious and sits yards from the ocean. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony watching the ocean and listening to the waves. Dolphins played off shore. Great sunrises! And we watched a rocket launch from the beach. Very responsive owner. Highly recommend!

Great spot right in the ocean

Place was just as pictured and everything was very clean and neat. New couch and love seat were an added plus! We loved the location as it was directly on the beach and right in the middle of the shops and places to eat. Only got in our car twice the whole week! Mark was very prompt in getting back to us with any questions and was helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again!

What a wonderful place you have! Our family loved it. The pictures don't do this well-equipped, family friendly condo justice. The sunrises from the balcony were beautiful, and we had the most peaceful, relaxing time. Thank you!!
