Great location!

Easy access to the beach and plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance! So glad we chose this over a hotel for our family on our first trip to cocoa beach.

Perfect location

A great condo in the perfect location. Right on the beach with amazing views. Out on the street side is downtown Cocoa Beach with great restaurants easy to walk to. We’ll stay here again!

Great location and view.

Our stay was very fun and relaxing. Lots of restaurants and attractions nearby too. Condo was nice and clean. Has all the amenities that we needed. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is there where roof repairs going on while we were there and being top floor you hear it all. That being said I would stay there again.

Our favorite vacation to date!

This is our third year visiting Cocoa Beach and staying at Boardwalk Condos. We’ve stayed in a different condo each time and this was by far our favorite. Mark was fantastic with his communication! Checkin was seamless and the condo was spotless upon arrival! The condo was the perfect setup for our family of 4. The checkout instructions were simple to follow leaving no room for error on our part. The view is amazing!!! And the location couldn’t be better! We hope to stay in this condo again next year!!

We have officially adopte...

We have officially adopted this condo as our home away from home. My husband has a contract at Patrick AFB and we needed a place to stay on our many trips to Cocoa Beach. Well we have found it. We will have stayed there twice as of next week and have several other weeks in the next year that we will definitely reserving this one. Mark and Mickie are great with work with and have bent over backwards to assist us in any way possible... Great location and perfect for our needs...

great- even in the rain!

We learned this week that if we had to be at the beach in what turned out to be a historically cold, windy, and rainy week that well-- its still the beach and this is an OK place to be. The unit itself was comfy, warm, well-equipped (even the TV was easy to use), and regardless of the weather-- offered spectacular ocean views! The weather did not allow for space launches this week, but we enjoyed watching the cruise ships come and go and were amazed by those brave folks who surfed in the waves ...The balcony is covered so we could sit out there in the rain and still be dry. The location couldn't be better..we were close enough to good restaurants (Coconuts was a fav), excellent pizza (Mimmo's), coffee shops (Foxtail), breakfast (Whisk and Grind, IHop), grocery stores, and things to do inside (The Wizard of Oz museum was fun) ... So even tho we really missed that Florida sunshine - we enjoyed our stay at this condo

Overall our stay was good. Upon arrival we realized the dishwasher was not working. I contacted Mark the manager. He said he was aware and that it needed to be replaced. Three day later the new dishwasher was installed. The unit was clean and well stocked. The construction next door was not mentioned until we received check-in information. Although this may not have changed my decision I feel it should have been mentioned earlier.

Great location

Location was awesome. Condo was cozy. Beds were comfortable. New reclining sofa in the livingroom. Outdates kitchen had a lingering smell of wet wood. The fridge and freezer were dirty. The drawers were full of crumbs. Bring your own body boards or beach chairs. They do not provide any( there are some rusty chairs in the garage, a broken body board and some other random beach toys). Entrance keys gave u a gard time to open the doors. Pool is not in a great shape. No umbrellas, faded chairs. Communication with manager was good.

This is the best location. Live music, bars, restaurants and the beach. We enjoyed everything about this place. They had beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and sand toys for your use. Beautiful views and very safe. The inside was beach decorated and comfortable. Communication with owner was super easy and he was very helpful. We will be back for sure!

Wonderful time

The condo was beautiful, clean, and the kitchen had ample pots and pans that were really nice. The view was spectacular. We stayed three weeks and I wish we could’ve stayed three months. The beds were very comfortable. Our host Mark was wonderful. Whenever I emailed him, I would receive a response right awayDolores DiBello

Overall great place to stay.

My only complaint was the cleanliness. There was dirty towels on the back of the master bathroom door, left over shampoo and conditioner in the shower floor, didn’t look like the shower had been cleaned. Their was also a sausage, egg and cheese bagel that was left in the microwave that had mold growing on it. With that being said I would defiantly stay again. We were able to watch 2 Space X rocket launches that came right over the top of us. The view of the beach is amazing.

Better Than Expected!

From the communication with owner Mark; to the detailed instructions on how to enter; the secure parking garage; the overall security of the building; the VIEW from a very generous sized balcony, with sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom; it felt like home away from home and there were so many things we just loved. You will not regret selecting this property and we will be back! Thank you!!

Outstanding place for a beach vacation!

The location was great (downtown Cocoa Beach) yet not so congested or busy like the big city. Although the building is a bit older, the renovated pool looks good and they are repainting the exterior and some new windows in the underground parking garage. We had some troubles with the old garage door opener but they do have an inside manual door button in case you can't get the opener remote to work. The condo was very nice, views are great, walking distance to some dinning options, many with live music. The only big complaint is the common areas (pool, beach gate, garage door and front door) locks were all stuck (maybe sand got into them) but we found this a definite problem and expressed by others visiting and who lived there. They need to upgrade them with locks which work in sandy/salt waster conditions! Once settled the condo was so nice it definitely felt homelike way more than a mere motel/hotel room. It was good to park underground and have the elevator take you directly to your floor. We'd recommend this condo and will likely plan to visit again.

One of our favorites places!

This is our fourth time in six years staying at this complex. We love the complex, but especially love this condo! The owners are easy to communicate with and the condo is perfect for our family of 4! We will for sure be returning and hopefully booking this condo again if it’s available in future years!!

Owners were very accommodating and respond quickly. Unit was very nice. The building is older and needs work, but that’s not saying anything about the unit itself. We would definitely book again.
