“Very clean, quiet, staff very helpful! ”

“Rooms decent. Property itself bad. Cool, elevator, vending machines all out of order. If you just want to bed to stay in, this is a great cheap place to stay. Rooms were clean, but like every motel needed updating, but clean. Nobody at the front counter, communication between employees and host was poor, had trouble with my VRBO reservation.If it’s just me, not my family, I would stay here again just for the price and it’s proximity to Iowa Speedway”

“This place was a tremendous surprise. First of all the location is great: a safe, upscale neighborhood. After a long road trip, Stephen welcomed us at the front desk when we came to check in late. He was extremely helpful and kind. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I had waffles and my son had biscuits and gravy. The decor is fresh and updated, the pool area very clean with charming murals on all of the walls. Nice hot tub. I’ve stayed in many hotels and it is……
