“Not very clean. Drawers were messy, floors were sticky. Did not have pillow cases on all pillows. Master bedroom had two dirty towels. The elevator stopped working and we were forced to carry luggage up to the 4th floor and there was rarely any parking available and always had to find street parking or paid parking elsewhere.The worst of the stay was the last night when the host called and texted at 3am, multiple times, while myself, my children, husband and brothers family were all sleeping,……

“Everything was neat and tidy. The reason for only Good review was because it's an older building (no fault to the host). My husband is over 200 lbs so the mattress was a little loud. Other than that, our stay was great and we'd definitely stay again for the location and price. Eric was very attentive and we appreciate being able to stay.”

“Perfect spot for my needs. I am a retired traveler, and this place had everything I needed. The photos are accurate, the apartment was very clean, and everything worked properly. It is in a great location with plenty of restaurants and nightlife within walking distance (the Thai restaurant in the building was a huge bonus). It is in walking distance of the Capitol Building, the sculpture garden, and Gray's Lake. It is on a major surface road, but there was zero noise in the apartment.……

“We arrived after check in time to find the property not properly cleaned. There were dirty dishes put back in the cabinets, toothpaste in the sink and on the mirror, sheets not on one of the beds and dead bugs on the floor among other things. Requested the unit be cleaned that evening as we were uncomfortable staying there in that condition. The manager called me and said their cleaning crew couldn’t come out and offered to refund the cleaning fee. Found that unacceptable and requested a full……

“My overall experience was positive with the host, but I could not give the property itself a higher rating. The host was very nice, responsive, and worked with me when the property was not cleaned properly upon arrival. He also checked in to make sure things were going well. However, this property didn't seem completely ready for guests. As an older unit, I could tell some updates had been made. But the painted walls had cracks in them, the floor was slanted, the lower kitchen cabinets were open……
