“Stay away from this property, we arrived and nothing what is was in the pictures. The owner of this property is using other pictures to pass this property off as legit. We arrived and left to a hotel within 15 minutes of arriving. We documented everything with pictures. The floors are not white or new, they are brown, with holes all over the place. The bathroom is barely usable, with only running water, the doors are falling off the hinges. There was mouse feces all over the floor when we……

“Host was responsive and helpful when contacted. Overall a positive experience. The only issue we had was the place appeared to have been hurriedly cleaned prior to our arrival. There was something sticky on the front of the refrigerator and on the floor of one of the bedrooms, which we were able to clean no problem. Otherwise a positive stay!”

“Fantastic location!! Walking, easy access to all the fun things to do in Old Town Arvada. Comfortable place with lots of handy amenities. It is small, so don't bring a lot of stuff. Host is great. ”

“We were able to enjoy our stay and location was perfect for our family to meet. Easy to drive to. Right off the interstate. Close to grocery store and restaurants. The place is what was described. And it was nice to have access to the garage. The temperature was controlled by the other unit so it was a bit hot. And once the upstairs unit was being used you could hear foot steps and voices. Not overwhelming though. The host was very responsive. ”

“I enjoyed the bath but couldn't get the Jacuzzi to function. The heater sounds like the house is preparing for liftoff it is super loud. You can only use one kitchen appliance at a time and there is no control for the climate so it was too warm. Also it all or nothing for lighting. Lamps would go a long way. The supply of shampoo and conditioner was plenty as well as water and coffee ”

“The house was very nice and enough space for 5 people and had every essential for cooking. The beds are pretty big and so was the couch. Only thing that I would recommend fixing is a bit more improvement in cleanliness, it’s not dirty dirty but under the beds need to be broiled. ”
