"Overall, the property was nice. It was in a great location next to an awesome park for kids. It was also great for a morning/evening walk. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. The only reason for not giving it a full 5 star was the cleanliness. It could have used a good deep cleaning. "

"The house was great, clean and cute. It's a good option for 2 families if everyone wants their space as there are 2 living rooms and kitchens. There are a lot of stairs though-stairs down to one living area and stairs to the bedrooms in the other section. We enjoyed the hot tub too. The property is in a good (quiet) location if you're going to a concert at Red Rocks or visiting Golden or even taking a day trip to somewhere farther like Fort Collins. The grocery store is about 5 minutes away. We made dinner and breakfast several times and the kitchen was stocked pretty well with everything we needed to cook. I have mixed feelings on the communication. My questions were answered fine before arrival. But then I was asked to submit pictures after we arrived for any issues seen or risk being blamed if something was found after the fact. I found that a little stressful because I wasn't sure what would be considered "wear and tear" and what was more serious. After responding to the request, I received no acknowledgement. There are also no check out instructions at the property. Most places I've stayed have them written somewhere. The host did message them the day before checkout and they were simple and reasonable. I just prefer knowing sooner what's expected. Overall, the house was an excellent choice for our needs and I would recommend it for someone looking for a good homebase for exploring the areas around Denver. "
