TV and cable service was antiquated! When inquiring about a shuttle service to the airport/train station - the front desk seemed to be pushing taxi service. I had to re-ask and re-phrase the question. Hotel service was excellent!

Room was clean, staff was very friendly. Had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant. Food was pretty good and service at restaurant was pretty good as well.

The hotel is well maintained, clean and in an easily accessible location. The hot breakfast was great and the staff was very pleasant. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

Thoroughly impressed to see housekeeping staff everywhere dedicated to tasks they were doing. Truly a cut above. A woman was cleaning and polishing the elevator. As always our stay was amazing! We stay every time we come into town! Breakfast options were really great!

It met my needs for time that I was spending in the area with family and friends.

The room and hotel were both great. The local area was somewhat congested and the property around the hotel was small, but it was conveniently located near the highway and I had no complaints.

It was very enjoyable. Only issue is the lack of parking. Went out for dinner and when we returned to hotel; there were no parking spots. Had to wait for someone to leave about 20 minutes.

The only complaint I have is the parking. I wish it was on-site to enhance the experience. Otherwise, I was pleased and will be booking again the next time I am in Owings Mills.

The property exceeded my expectations.

This is my fifth stay at the Best Western Premier in Rockville. Each and every time since the first it has gotten better. I’ve had the most wonderful conversations with the staff… they know my name and they treat me like a good friend who is always welcome to stay.
