The hotel is well maintained, clean and in an easily accessible location. The hot breakfast was great and the staff was very pleasant. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.

TV and cable service was antiquated! When inquiring about a shuttle service to the airport/train station - the front desk seemed to be pushing taxi service. I had to re-ask and re-phrase the question. Hotel service was excellent!

Thoroughly impressed to see housekeeping staff everywhere dedicated to tasks they were doing. Truly a cut above. A woman was cleaning and polishing the elevator. Sharing the space with her as we changed floors was inspirational. Very satisfied with sleep quality, furnishings and above all, the staff. A hotel this size gets all kinds of patrons. The room and hotel were both great. The local area was somewhat congested and the property around the hotel was small, but it was conveniently located near the highway and I had no complaints.

The only complaint I have is the parking. I wish it was on-site to enhance the experience. Otherwise, I was pleased and will be booking again the next time I am in Owings Mills.

Better than expected for the price. Very nice staff and clean. 1 or 2 questionable people outside during our 5 day stay, but nobody bothered us at all. I’d stay here again.

Everything was excellent .

It was very enjoyable. Only issue is the lack of parking. Went out for dinner and when we returned to hotel; there were no parking spots. Had to wait for someone to leave about 20 minutes.
