"Nice hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Two recommendations: (1) Only one functional elevator. This seems to be a trend in Marriot hotels. Why?? Wait time is unacceptable. (2) Options for breakfast was horrible. Seriously,, a little effort would go a long way. Heat and serve is a terrible solution. Yuk!!"

"I give it 5 stars because it was what I wanted for the price I wanted. Over 6 days I saved about $600 over the next cheapest place I could find on Expedia. It has no amenities except a pot of drip coffee in the morning. No pool, no snacks, the TV did not seem to have anything worth watching, so minimal requirements but comfortable and it all worked. They did come on a daily basis to clean my room, which is rare for my last few stays at other places. But I do not want a lot, just a place to sleep that is comfortable at night and the rest of the time I am out. The money I saved was spent on other things like great Cuban food."

"The room was very clean, as was the common area. I also enjoyed exploring the neighborhood. Communication with the owners was very pleasant and helpful. I will definitely consider it again for a future visit."

"The biltmore is a stately property, very convenient to U Miami and with lovely amenities. Thr rooms are a bit dated and worn but clean and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our stay. The pool is incredibly large and a wonderful place to spend the afternoon."
