"A major dropoff from other stays at a Ritz Carlton (and even other Marriott properties.
Service was slow
Check in was late (waited 4 hours)
Toilet was broken - never came to fix
Had a onsite wedding which restricted use of the property
The breakdown of the wedding setup went all night and up to midnight - extremely noisy
The Spa (a major selling point of the property) was not open."
