The hotel’s customer service was outstanding, and the pool area is beautiful—right overlooking the beach. The staff were wonderful and made the stay even more enjoyable. VRBO (my contact) was also fantastic—quick and easy to respond to any questions or concerns, and check-in was seamless. A perfect getaway! view ”

“Room clean but there was hardly no cold water mainly scalding water and leaked out onto the floor. No restaurants on the facility just a tiki bar that got their food from the pier bar. Excellent staff. Outdoor pool wonderful. If you call Marshalls shopping then that’s what you got.”

“Very bad, old and dirty!!! This hotel is totally ruined my holiday. When I first arrived, I hope I can do a fast check in and order some food at the room because it is late. But the food is really disgusting. Also, the room cleaning service is awful and slow. I called front desk I need a room cleaning service, meanwhile I can get some food at the hotel. But when I finished my lunch. It took me an hour, but when I go back to my room, they don’t even start. After they finished the cleaning, there……
