“Not enough seating for the pool. They didn’t clean our rooms until 4:30pm after we complained about them not coming at all. A lot of people didn’t have wrist bands on that were mandatory to be at the resort. No one enforced the red band rule. We felt like a lot of people weren’t supposed to be on the private beach and pool area. ”

“The only thing we were disappointed with was the beach access. It was a bit of a walk and the signage wasn’t the best. We really did enjoy the pool. “Just had an excellent stay at the Trump Hotel in Sunny Isles. The room was large, spacious, and incredibly comfortable with a full ocean view. The hotel’s customer service was outstanding, and the pool area is beautiful—right overlooking the beach. The staff were wonderful and made the stay even more enjoyable. VRBO (my contact) was also fantastic—quick and easy to respond to any questions or concerns, and check-in was seamless. A perfect getaway! view ”
