“Lovely holiday home with a fantastic view from the balcony/patio area, very close to the beach, and a great base to visit the vast array of places in the area. Good communication and information from Keith prior to arrival.Sadly disappointed by some cleanliness issues encountered, when finding rubbish under the beds and on top of the wardrobe in the twin room, a dirty windowsill in the bathroom, and kitchenware that we had to wash again prior to being able to use it. (I guess it was just missed……

“We loved the layout and the location was fantastic - a really short drive to the beach. Unfortunately it smelled quite badly of cigarette smoke and the washing machine smelled musty so we had to use the laundromat on site instead. We would have liked to have had some USB plugs. ”

“This property is truly a gem and so is the little town of Charleston. The Studio is immaculately maintained and comfortable - you can feel the owners’ love and effort put into maintaining it, which is so rare to come by these days. Floors, bathroom and surfaces were spotless. The bed was warm and so comfortable. Amenities are as listed.
Owner/host, Antonia, is a wonderful and lovely lady (I miss her already!). We had a slight miscommunication at time of booking, but she was so patient and……

“Great location for St Ives, with parking, as long as you are fit and able to walk up and down to town. Excellent location for visiting surrounding locations by car. A great property for 7- 10 people. Lots of space. Well equipped. ”

“This was perfect for our stay, everything was in excellent condition, clean and really comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. I appreciated the helpful messages James sent before the stay, which made it super easy. He’s also put together a comprehensive guide available in the property so we knew everything we needed to.”

“I have given this property a 1 star review because when we arrived at the property there were no towels.
We were not notified beforehand and only discovered the lack of towels via a letter that was at the property upon arrival. It stated that we had to pre-book towels for an extra charge per person and they were subject to availability. It was stressful. This may sound trivial, but it really isn't - towels are pretty essential.
