"First & foremost I have 2 dogs that I travel with so when looking for a property that is a priority. This home delivered it was close to everything we wanted to do but also away from crowded areas.( I know we visited off season so maybe subject to change depending on time of year) Close to hiking trails which we took every morning- and quiet at night -I know it is off what could potentially be a busy road but it is tucked away and road traffic was NOT a bother. Honestly I was shocked to find such a great place at the price we paid, because of that we got to spend our money doing all the things that brought us to the Smoky Mtns! Thank you for the memories & thank you for being dog friendly- I would definitely stay here again. "

"Our weekend at this beautiful cabin is exactly what we needed for a long birthday weekend for my husband. The space was perfect for playing card games, cooking family dinners, and entertaing everyone. We used the home theater room, made popcorn in the very cool popcorn machine two days of our stay. The swimming pool and hot tube got used every day we were there and was a perfect thing to help with muscle pain after a beautiful hike at Fox Fire Adventure Park. Evening fires to wind down after adventuring was the perfect way for way to spend my time before cooking dinner for a crowd. This place is fully stocked with pretty much everything you need to get started. We ordered groceries from Walmart and had them delivered. But if you need something quick that you forgot I would suggest Webbs Market (super nice family owned), and DJs Market and Deli.This house is located about 40 mins from Pigeon Forge and has some outstanding fishing holes. We adventured to Pigeon Forge for the Titanic museum and shopping. But used the extra days for local establishments like the Docs 321, Fox Fire Adventure Park, Adventure Distillery (Moonshine tasting), Cosmic Ties, and Our Place Books Coffee and Gifts. Plus there is a lot of Dollar Stores/Dollar Stores & Markets close by. Local honey, hiking trails, but more importantly this house was just a place of joy. After we " Older Folkes" went to bed we could hear the younger adults and Teens playing with the arcade machine. Only suggestion is you"

"Our stay at Dreamview Lodge was absolutely incredible! Words cannot even begin to describe how amazing this trip was for our family. From the moment you arrive, you see God’s beauty from the deck. Our family really enjoyed the pool, Hot Tub, game room and amazing views during our stay. Upon our arrival we had shared with David that it appeared that the pan to the grill was not being cleaned as instructed for guests. He had a brand new one sent to us and installed the following day after seeing the pictures! This was at least our family’s 15th vacation using Vrbo/Air and we have never experienced a host like David before! He provided us a direct number to him and his response time was quick and you can tell that he is very caring for his guests. Holly and David are so kind to share their home, and it is just that… a home. When staying here there are so many personal touches and personal belongings in the home that make you aware that this is not just a rental but a home that they too enjoy. Stargazing is incredible, and the master bedroom upstairs has an amazing skylight above where you can see the stars while laying in bed. During the day the mountains change throughout the whole day as the sun moves and the shadows change. You’re never looking at the same view. The little town of Cosby is absolutely adorable and I highly recommend the little coffee shop down the road, The Barista’s Daughter. Herbert Holt Park is an amazing spot for the kids and is stocked with trout!"

"We stayed at Albriggt Groove loop. Janice, the host, was so wonderful and caring. It truly felt like we were being cared for and loved by a family member. Your warmth and thoughtful gestures made our stay in the beautiful cabin even more special. The wisdom you shared and the conversations we had are something we will never forget. The atmosphere in the cabin was so warm and welcoming — we absolutely loved it. The outdoor hot tub was a highlight, and everything was perfectly arranged for us. The peaceful nature surrounding the cabin was incredibly calming and soothing. We cannot wait to come back. Oh, before I forget, thank you for the breakfast you made for us with so much love — it was so yummy and delicious. This is the ideal place to stay if you want to explore the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, as well as visit Gatlinburg and the surrounding areas. We will never forget this trip."

"This was such a perfect spot for our last minute weekend away. We loved being out of town, but still only 20 minutes to Gatlinburg. Cozy living room, comfortable bed, and very homey. The only down was the shower floor is very weak (feels like the subfloor has fell through on one side) and it smelt like smoke some and we were non-smokers. We would book again! "
