“The place felt very dated and worn. For me, when choosing a place to stay, cleanliness trumps everything else. While we didn't experience getting bed bugs or anything, it felt like we could have. It just felt scuzzy. Very few amenities. The outdoor pool which was supposed to be open, was not. This was June 11th and 12th; it should have been open and was advertised as it was. We booked a room for 5 people, there were only enough towels and washcloths for 3. I mean, how hard is it to properly……

“I found myself in a Vrbo rental that I had to flee, and Donna helped me to secure a room at this hotel for the remainder of my stay in Lancaster. She was so empathetic and helpful! All of the employees I interacted with were fantastic. Parking lot is extremely well lit if you’re leaving or arriving after dark. There are quite a few luggage carts, so it’s easy to unload or load without having to wait. The location is very convenient with many attractions and restaurants nearby, many within……
