“Firstly, the communication with the property manager was top notch, by far the best I've experienced in over 10 years of using VRBO properties. Everything in the unit was clean and comfortable. There were LOTS of conveniences and dining options within easy walking distance, and Metro transportation was nearby. Even though we drove here, we never used our car! We just left it parked in the indoor secured parking garage. Before we arrived, I was a little concerned that the proximity to Reagan……

“While the apartment was neat, it could have been cleaner and the linens most of all. There were make-up stains all over the towels and bed linens. I had to wash them and then they came out clean. The property manager, Henry, was attentive but it does not minimize that the stove had foul fumes due to a protective coating on the bottom of the stove, which have me a 2 day headache. The owner did not seem to care. We had to purchase our own towels and placed sweatshirts over the pillows to avoid……

“The unit was great, all we expected and more! Communication with the host was not as great as expected. A text was sent a couple of weeks prior to our stay which had an incorrect address, so check in was a bit confusing. Parking was available but extra charge not disclosed. Asked in advance for baby bed, but had to wait for that to be delivered. Much of the information I sent on the front end of the transaction seems was not received by the host.”
