"Bed linen had stains that looked like old blood and hair on bed. Linens were dirty also pillow cases. There wasn’t any extra linens that fit the bed. Had to cover the bed with towels. Went out to grab a late bite and couldn’t get back in with the code we were provided , the calls kept going to voicemail. Had to call the resort front desk. "
