"This place is a gem. Staff is incredible at hotel. Rooms are new and clean. We stayed in deluxe ocean view and it was worth the few extra bucks for a large room and huge balcony. Food is crazy good at restaurants but the service is slow. Like even too slow for an island vacation. Location at first feels a little rough when you pull up but after day two it feels lived in. The property, especially the back is gorgeous. Don’t expect a beach beach but expect a stunning sunset on the waterfront. Pool is small but there’s a jetty semicircle that makes the perfect ocean pool. Seating is comfy but a little hard to come by but not impossible. If you want to hang all day I suggest you rent a cabana which is less than $100 for guests. We didn’t need it cuz we rented a car and spent most of our time beach-hopping. This is the way to do Curaçao. Drive! The water on the NW part of the island is flawless. My fave in the Caribbean (and I’ve done Bahamas, Cozumel, Aruba etc)."

"Well we were told they are about to close and I completely understand. The rooms need to be redone completely, pools need repainting, food needs help, some staff were great some weren't. Rooms... absolutely a NO. My room roof breathes so the ceiling was lifting and coming back down. At first i thought someone was watching me in the ceiling but then realized it was their air system. Sink kept filling up. lamps were filthy and remote. Im glad I bring cleaning supplies every where I go "

"The location was perfect! Couldn’t have wanted anything better. The reason I chose this place is because it was centrally located and I didn’t want to stay at the hotel every day, I wanted to explore. Yet the couple days I needed some downtime I was disappointed in the pool/beach area and definitely with the food and lack of restaurant choices at it. Really there is only three places you can eat at this hotel. On another note, we stayed in a room that had a pretend window. So there was no natural sunlight at all. The little time we spent in the room was pretty dim. A pretty and spacious room yet you could never get enough lighting in it when asked to upgrade they didn’t have any availability. Overall, this was a great centrally located facility. With all kinds of things to do around it though know if you’re wanting to relax and stay at the hotel for any length of time, you will get bored very quickly as the food, drink drinks, and other amenities are just limited "
