Perched on the Peninsula, this welcoming city boasts the grand Cow Palace and lively Serramonte Center. Explore nearby Thornton State Beach or catch a festival before dining at one of the city's inviting restaurants.
In the middle of nowhere right across the street from the cow Palace, you walk out and you see it. It’s kind of cool iconic building to wake up to every morning that part of it was super cool, but it’s miles from anything to eat.

The motel is petite, they offer both garage and space parking, and it’s a clean building as a whole. There is a gas station on the corner, but the whole area is pretty vacant. It’s freeway accessible and made for really easy Uber pick-up because it’s so easy to find. The staff is beyond polite and helpful. The room was clean, shower water heat up quickly and that was amazing, and the seating area was useful. The heater warmed the room quickly and without that “motel HVAC” scent. Quick and...

The best thing was parking. It was super easy. As long as no other car take up the designated parking spot in front of the grass (which no one did). I rented a car, and I mean, if you're visiting the Bay Area you should rent a car.
The main issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged. Other than that, it's a studio and felt like a studio. It was also a bit annoying that there was a sign that you could only use 1 of each of the following at a time: the coffee machine, the microwave, and...

Their guest service is a 20/10. I called earlier in the week to ask about arriving early and parking. They were gracious and accommodating, saying we could check into our room if it was ready when we arrived. On arrival, the doorman (shamefully I didn’t get his name) was welcoming, friendly and efficient. I had injured my knee a couple of days earlier and was on crutches and he did everything he could to help me. At the front desk, Jared and Dominique were warm, welcoming, professional and...

Exceptional hotel. Primarily, the staff was professional and courteous with personality. Ricky was outstanding at check-in, Giselle was enjoyable at the wine bar, and Kevin was kind at check-out.
The room was quiet and very well designed. Little details in the design were smart and made it super comfortable. Love the blackout shades and the shade in the “window” of the bathroom. Nice to have a foot bar in the shower. There were no plastic bags in the garbages. Loved the floor material. Super...

My stay was fantastic. The only negative thing I experienced was that they removed the US flag from its place of honor at the peak of their hotel in order to fly a pride flag in its place. As a veteran whos friends gave their lives for the US and whos coffins were draped with that flag, this was intolerable. There were plenty other places they could and did fly the pride flag. It should never fly in lieu of the Stars and Stripes.
