“We had an enjoyable stay and found the apartment to be exceptionally clean. The balcony could benefit from a few touches to make it feel more inviting, and we noticed the absence of some basic essentials such as paper towels and dishwasher pods. “No hot water for the first 3 days, we have to boil our own water to shower . When we try to contact no one answer for a while. Very confusing instructions to how to get in the house ”

“Condo was comfortable in a quiet neighborhood and conveniently located to restaurants, stores and major highways. Listing says it has a dishwasher but it wasn’t working & wasn’t told it was out of order. Several light bulbs weren’t working so interior was somewhat dark. If you plan to use the grill you need to bring grill utensils and cleaning utensils, Be prepared to walk at least 200 yards to reach your vehicle because unmarked parking spaces are at a premium. ”

“Location was perfect for our quick college visit to Howard University. Walkable to Whole Foods and places to eat. Host was extremely accommodating and quick with responding. Check in instructions were clear and we had no issues. We would definitely book again if our student decides to go to Howard University next year! ”

“We had a great stay. The place was located in a good area convenient to metro. We utilized both the metro and uber. There was a grocery store about 15 minute walk away. The house was clean. There were pots, dishes and dishwasher which came in handy with kids. Overall great little vacation. We hope to stay here again in the future!!”

“The property was great, especially the location. I wish we would have been told that the pool was unavailable due to repairs as it looks like this was a known issue for some time. The amenities were great and the location fabulous.You could see the Pentagon from the roof.”
