Clean room staff were nice and good parking

Staff was very friendly and hotel was beautiful!

Property was very clean. The beds are comfortable, and the breakfast was hot and good. I would stay there again.

A front receptionist was repeatedly rude to the customers she managed over the phone. She was argumentative and denigrated her customers on the phone….including me. She argued with how I made my reservation - a phone call to Hilton reservations- she stated was made through a third party. That sort of rudeness required a re-think of her people-facing role. She became frustrated, her voices was raised, argumentative and simply rude. Never should she have access to customers.

Extremely noisy unit- sirens, water pipes circulating noise, even the AC is so noisy. We lived on first floor, noise from Tenant upstairs - walking, slamming doors, the garage door below our unit opening and closing non stop 24/7. The cushion on the couch is torn and cotton was spilling out . There are bare minimum furniture in the living room area. The TV has no local news or sports news. The instructions for using the appliance are poor and non existing. I have to text the management and it takes hours before they respond. They should have a simple instruction manual on the table for the visitors so there is no need to call. The hallway carpets especially the stairs are heavily stained.
