“Room was actually a good size, clean and modern. Staff were nice and supportive.
The only issue is ask for a higher floor if possible or a room not facing the city as every morning from 3:30am onwards you will hear deliveries for the fresh food market at Box Hill Central. Very loud. Still i would stay here again, just hopefully different room. Its a good location in Box Hill”

“Close to the shops and bus/tram stations.
The unit needed a good clean and make over.
Microwave was dirty and covered with splattered food.
Coffee cups were dirty with coffee rings on the inside, cutlery was dirty, we had to wash everything before we used it.
Bathroom top bench was dirty, paint all chipping off, shower over bath sprayed water all over the floor.
TV didn't work, emailed management about this and anoher issue and did not get a reply. No wifi.
Dust all over the chair legs and...

“St Kilda East Backpackers. We walked in, not one to book us in, not that that mattered, we couldn't stay there. smelt like dead rats, worse than if you pictured a hovel. We rang the owner, and Wotif rang the owner. Both responses were if people want a clean place to stay, they should go somewhere else. I would be very surprised if Wotif allow this hostel to book through them ever again.”

“Was unable to contact reception before arriving at the hotel for an after hours check in (10pm). Was later (the next day) advised that reception was in fact, staffed until midnight however, during business hours (I called at 5pm to confirm) I was advised that reception is closed at 8pm and that I should call the reception number to be let in. I was very far from Box Hill so I called 9 times, went straight to a "no message can be left on this service". Expedia support team were unable to contact...
