“What is the deal with the hot water in the bathroom? Took forever to get the sink hot water to even a warm temperature. Staff, especially angel at the front desk was a delight! Would return just because of her Customer Service level ! ”

“The front desk staff are nice and Robert helped me arrange a move-in earlier than 3PM on a third-floor room. The room is very spacious and clean with a blackout curtain, so I got to have a good night sleep. No daily cleaning service but it's okay for me. Breakfast is cereals, milk, coffee and bread. Overall it was a nice experience! Excellent location for visiting Emory. ”

“Check in was horrible. I booked online and they checked me in 2 minutes later even though I wasn’t even at the property. Night window area had bugs in there. Room was run down. The floor was peeling, had to literally slam my door for it to latch shut correctly. Bedding had cigarette holes in it, horrible lighting, outlet plugs wasn’t working by the bed. Then outside it was people hanging around sitting on the curb and just watching every step I made. ”

“Ample parking, room clean but had a somewhat musty smell. Environment a bit ghetto but I could handle it because of my personal life experience. Basically the area nearby is a ghetto environment. Staff was efficient but I had no interaction with them except for front office who charged an additional $6-7 service fee. For a short stay without shelling out a lot of money, it can work. The main downside was just the room smell. Seems to be one of those “street lady” facilities. I was on the first……

“The room was fine but definitely just a place to sleep, nothing special. The hotel is really close to a lot of restaurants and spots like the aquarium/ Coke museum, etc. The room was never serviced over our three day stay. We also found some dead roaches in our room by the tv.”
