“The room was very clean and matched the online description. There are NO directions once you arrive at the facility to help you find your room. The microwave did the new stupid lock feature to protect children and ate our glass dish we had brought with us on the night of arrival. We notified maintenance/host, but when we checked out 2 days later, the microwave still had our dish and zero response from maintenance. My MAIN complaint is the lack of instructions telling you how to get to……

“My concern was with the cleanliness of the facility. The carpet need cleaning and replacing in the room I occupied and 2 bugs were found in one of the beds in my room. The staff was notified but there was only 1 staff member on hand and when I requested bedding change, I was told that I could get additional bedding but would have to change the bedding myself, which I did. “Non smoking rooms smelled like cigarette. Bed sheets were burnt. I had two night reservation and only could stay one night. They have signs of no smoking everywhere but the whole place had cigarette smell. ”

“The apartment is industrial chic design just as pictures show. Much detail was given to make one feel as though you are in a very luxurious hotel, with extra items in the bath and plenty of coffee in the kitchen! The apartment was spotless as well. You are provided with a key fob/pass for entry to parking as well as the building, and a code for apartment entry. Both Jordan and Shante responded immediately to any requests and are definitely on top of their game. I would definitely stay here……
