“We booked this last minute because our stop for the night had no hot water. We arrived just after 10. The light in the window said open. The open sign on the locked door had a phone number to call. I called, no answer. Waved at the ring camera. Waited about 5 minutes and called back, no answer. Called Expedia. No answer for them either, so they found us another hotel.”
