"We had an excellent experience during our 2-night stay. The staff are ALL so pleasant as opposed to our recent stays at other hotels. Besides at least six different very nice front desk people, bistro host and housekeeping, we were able to use the pool up to our own departure of a 10pm closing, not asked to leave at all. VERY appreciative of being able to teach the kids to follow rules on our own. "

"The staff was very pleasant and courteous. Leann & Alicia were super helpful and gracious in allowing me to check in a little early since I arrived about an hour and a half sooner than anticipated. The resort staff also respected my wish to be near my friend’s room which had been booked separately. "

"The staff there were helpful and kind, and the room was clean and very nice. My only complaint was that the pillows were very thin, and I have a hard time sleeping without big puffy pillows (I know, I know). Overall though, it was a great experience."
