"The hotel is beautiful and the staff is amazing. Love the happy hour. The location is very convenient. The only bad thing is that the hotel is right next to the light rail and also the train tracks so it’s nonstop light rail and train noise so its not at all a peaceful experience but most hotels in this area have the same problem. It’s a trade off for convenience of location to restaurants and arenas. "

"We’ve stayed here before and have always been happy with it…this particular time, my daughter left her wallet in our room and we didn’t realize it until the shuttle left us at the airport. I called the front desk to see how they might be able to help and they were wonderful. They retrieved her wallet from the room AND the shuttle driver brought it to us at the airport! This was 100% above and beyond, and this is why we keep coming back!"
