“I’m not sure if we were just offered the worst room in the hotel, or if people aren’t being honest. The room is completely dated! Blood on the floor by the tub, black mildew/mold that has been covered with caulking. Blood even on the lamp. Bugs crawling on the ceiling. To see so many positive and amazing reviews, I really feel my daughter and I received the worst room there. ”

“We had a great side view room but view was great. The coffee shop had the best coffee reasonbly priced. The barista was very sweet. The room was updated and very clean. We enjoyed our stay”

All that dirt, sand, and machinery killed the view and vibe of the oceanfront / beach view room I paid for... Overall, amazing hotel and I would highly recommend it!”

“The property is ok for the price! The huge downfall is getting a contact high from all of the marijuana smoking that is obviously allowed in the rooms! Not a great place for family or kids . “Walked into our room and rat poop was on the bathroom counter. The towels were folded neatly but I was afraid to use them. No bath soap. I don't think it had been mopped. Beds were so bad my husband couldn't stand up this morning. I will never stay here again.”

“We stayed 5 nights and our room was only cleaned once. I was told there were too many rooms occupied, we were in the room when cleaning staff came to do the room (not true), we saw the housekeeping staff outside our room yesterday and asked if she could clean it, response was yes. We left the hotel for 45 mins to allow cleaning. We returned the cleaning staff had gone, our room still unclean, no beds made. Spoke to reception again, they would look into it. Very frustrating. WOULD NEVER STAY……
