“Carpet stinks like dogs”

“The ocean view was beautiful it is directly on orange beach..the pool area could have been updated.The staff was friendly..only problem was we had to pay for breakfast and parking $14 everyday each!.”

“The resort has been recently remodeled. It is clean and beautifully done. The rooms are spacious. The beach area is nice with chairs and umbrellas. ”

“Pros: Easy parking, great location. Staff very helpful. Basic motel room. Beds were comfortable. Microwave and full size refrigerator in room was convenient. Cons: no breakfast, the walls are very thin and we could hear lots of noise the first night, got very little sleep. We were on the 3rd floor on the backside. We requested a room change due to the noise and were put on the 5th floor(top floor) on the front side. It was much better. ”

“Park was right across the street and was beautiful and well taken care of. We rented bikes with ease and thoroughly enjoyed your bike ride throughout the trail. The view of the ocean was amazing and the private beach is well maintained, clean and relaxing. ”

“Pretty decent property and safe location ”

“Pool was closed for some reason. Our room did not have any drawers to unpack your suitcase, so we had to live out of our suitcases for our stay. Breakfast often ran out of bananas and muffins before we got there. Had a pancake making machine that makes two pancakes per minute, but they're about the size of a silver dollar. So it takes 10-15 minutes to make enough pancakes for breakfast. Room and shower were good.”

“The people at the hotel were so incredible. I asked one morning about whether the water in the room was complementary or if we had to pay. I think it was the manager of the hotel, not only told me it was complementary, but he went and got me more water. I was really disappointed though, because the pool was not working, and I had no idea when we booked the hotel. ”
