“Room was filthy. Grounds were filthy. 1 person at front desk not nearly enough staff. 1 elevator broken took forever, mainly took stairs. Our room had blood spatter on the wall near the door and in the room under the sink. Toilet broke while we were there and would not flush. Bathtub did not drain for hours. Housekeeping was rude and smelled like marijuana. Do not recommend staying here other than location was nice and the view was nice.”

“This was a perfect little beach hotel for my family of four and the omelet station in the mornings was to die for! Only reason for four stars and not five is the bed was so uncomfortable. My husband and I both had sore backs by the end of the trip. But you truly can’t get any closer to the beach and the pool was clean as well!”

“Great location and the staff way very helpful we will definitely stay again.”

“Great atmosphere and view!”

“This is a nice hotel in a great location. It is a bit more geared toward conferences than family trips, although it would be fine for either. Two things kept it from being great, check in and parking. I've heard many a speach from front desk staff at check in explaining where things are and giving general information, this staff offered nothing really. They collected extra fees and handed out key but that was it. Given the hotel has a kind of disconnected layout this was a bit frustrating.……

“We loved the closeness to the beach, the breakfast & a comfortable room. The staff was friendly & very helpful, especially Kizzie.”

“I can’t say enough about the staff here. They were helpful from the moment I checked in. I confused checkout time with their sister hotel which was 12pm. The staff allowed my husband and I extra time to checkout. The housekeeper staff was just as kind and accommodating. Breakfast was great and the cook was very nice as well. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great hotel to stay with an amazing crew.”

“I stayed at this property for a conference. The support staff was extremely attentive to details to make sure all attendees stayed comfortable and enjoyed their time there. The front desk staff was very friendly and fun to converse with. The breakfast staff was personable and kind, making sure everything was up to par and satisfactory. My only complaint was the bedding had an odor, the floor was dirty (I remove my shoes upon entering), and I found a pretzel from a previous guest on the floor……

“The first night they put us in a handicap room. Which is fine but We aren’t handicap and didn’t ask for that room. There was just a flat floor for the shower but when in use the water ran across bathroom floor and behind toilet. I could see mold around the edges in bathroom. Also ac unit was extremely loud and the whole room smelled musty and moldy. After the first night we asked to switch rooms and they let us which is good. The ac unit was quieter in the Second room but the whole room still……

“There was 2 things we did not like. A dirty sock had been left on the floor in our room. Floors had not been vacuumed very well. And...we could not get coffee all day as in mist places we stay.”

“Nice!near the beach!”

“All in all are in good”

“Locals and loved our experience.”

“It was difficult finding the only driveway to the facility”

“I stayed at this hotel 3 times within a year - I like this place this much.”

“Everything about this trip was as perfect. In fact, they were perfect last and that is the reason we chose this location again.”
