"All of the staff that we met were extremely friendly and professional, however they appear to be severely understaffed. We regularly waited over 45 minutes for meals after ordering, also we caught the boat to the local beach and the bar there was shut due to staff shortages, this meant we spent 3 hours without anything to eat or drink. The location was very remote, which we knew before we booked. Taxis booked through the hotel were extremely expensive. We hired a car with Pete’s Taxis, excellent service and major savings."

"I had an amazing time at Hawksbill Resort. The rooms were always kept clean and tidy, and the air conditioning was excellent—perfect for staying comfortable throughout the day. I stayed in a garden bungalow, which still offered a beautiful, clear view of the ocean, making the experience even more special. The staff truly made my visit unforgettable. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, but Tracy, whom I met at the barbecue restaurant, stood out the most.
