"Food was 10/10\. Pool was 10/10\. Beach was 10/10\. Cleaning staff was 10/10\. Bartending staff 5/10, very hit or miss depending on the day. However, we were there during spring break which brought a tremendous amount of young people. Rooms 5/10: The 10th floor had some odor issues in the bathrooms, it smelled strongly of sulfur. They did move us to another room on the same floor, but the same smell persisted. Our friends were on the 11th floor and they had no issues so the odor must have been isolated to the 10th floor. Location on Paradise Island 10/10.All is all I would give this location a 9/10 rating and would certainly recommend this to others, maybe just not during spring break depending the age demographic you are looking for."

"Stayed about a week ago. The hotel itself is beautiful. Food is excellent. Can't ask for a better location or more value for dollar. Maintenance needs work. Stayed in two rooms - each had broken bits. Told would be fixed but never was. Nothing major but inconvenient. Not enough beach chairs - many were broken. Staff are generally friendly and helpful. View is stellar. Beach was great. I would recommend for anyone not into a party scene. "
