“1st was told there were no upgrades available, then was kinda of given one but was not by my family like requested. We were one of the 1st to check in for that day. Rooms are not really clean. There was hair all over from pr previous guess. The room needed some maintenance. Refrigerator is in a cupboard, so it doesnt get proper air flow. We kept the doors open the whole time for the fridge to work. The toilet paper roll holder was broke and really annoying. The AC didnt work well. The grounds……
