“住了5晚，只清潔了一晚，最後一晚的前一天告訴服務員補充廁紙及冲涼液洗髪精，服務員又忘了。住宿包早餐，早餐原本是一個手掌大小之立體紙盒，內有小盒牛奶，小盒粟米片，及一個小蛋糕，有點愕然。酒店check in 是下午兩點，check out 是早上10點！！睡過龍就慘了！房內没有連接reception 的電話，有熨衫板及熨斗，但竟然沒有風筒！怪怪的！酒店唯一好就是有餐廳，而且還有很多捧場客，餐飲不錯，每晚都有special dinner ，我試了那晚正好是steak night ，才13澳洲元，很正！因為酒店離市中心很遠，澳洲巴士半個至1小時才一班，超級不便利，下次會選擇在city住了！(題外話：為什麼送的住房贈券只限香港呢？一水之隔之澳門意然沒有此優惠，實在可惜！)”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this quirky getaway! Full of charm and character. Much more fun than a bland hotel room! Every room was a feast for the eyes! Very clean, beds extremely comfortable, rooms nice and dark, and the area lovely and quiet… with lots to see & do. There were thoughtful touches throughout. Our host, Monica, was warm and friendly and she couldn’t have been more helpful. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. Thank you for everything Monica! ”

"Overall is good, clean, silent, relatively nice location, with dryer and washing machine in each room, and also nice workers. However, the most horrible thing is that on one day, after the hotel's cleaning work, the worker FAILED TO LOCK OUR ROOM. It's only discoverred when we were back. Luckily we had nothing loss. This is totally unacceptable as I have never met with such situation all over the world in my travelling in the past."
