“Desde el primer día que llegamos la habitación tenía un mal olor. El mismo salía del baño, lo comunicamos en más de una ocasión y la solución que nos daban era que lo iban a limpiar. Así estuvimos 3 días hasta que decidimos que ya no queríamos seguir en esa habitación y terminaron cambiándonos de cuarto.”

“Me encantó el servicio, la atención de de los meseros especial de Luis y había otro muchacho que estaba en la mañana. También muy amable ellos espectaculares en los dos que cambiaría o mejoraría porque no es que esté mal sería la cama un poquito dura pero siempre hubo una solución enviar un mate, lo pusieron encima y fue más cómodo, pero la Att todo todo todo el desayuno excelente de verdad y la gente es muy buena hasta lo de Seguridad Super amable”

“Staff was amazing. I think they are the best part of this hotel. Multiple issues with room, changed three times. The first did not have the view that we PAID for, the second's shower overflowed into the bathroom, could not be fixed, the third room’s bed was not clean. We slept in urine and blood that was not ours. Needless to say, cleaning the bed was the least that they could do. This turned me off from this resort alone and for this, I will never return. Chambres très spacieuses avec très grands lits. Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Très belle carte au restaurant (service un peu long et semble malheureusement un peu désorganisé). “The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't.
Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction.

“This hotel is very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The check-in process was easy and effortless. Upon arriving, my boyfriend and I were greeted by the doorman and he took our suitcases while we checked in. We speak little to no Spanish, however all the staff are bilingual. The lobby and the rooms are pristine and I even saw the staff swipe their hands on the walls as if they were checking for dust which is a testament to how clean this hotel is.
