“Here is where my issue with this property: Be prepared to pay a hefty fee for each guest that you check in. This fee is not stated anywhere in their room and guest policy so if they want to deter guest access to the property they should let it be known clearly and ahead of time, Not during check in. The highlight of my poor review is that the waiter who had served me twice already since i had checked in and another waitress stationed at the bar, decided to ask me on DAY 3 of being there, whether……

“The staff were respectful and attentive. The beach view is beautiful especially from the rooftop.”

“Not a good trip, beach was closed near the hotel. I was told that the restaurant was hosting the World Cup and no reservations were needed for the Colombia game, which was false and no seats were available. Staff wasn’t very helpful with my situation. Food & drinks took forever to receive whether you’re at the restaurant, bar or pool side. Service is extremely slow.”

“The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't. Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction. All in all, really nice apartment and property.”

“Everything about this property has been great. Staff has been excellent. Food has been great. Outdoor pool, beach and restaurants on site. All of the amenities made it hard to venture to experience other parts of Cartagena. Also very close to wall city. 5 min taxi or 15-20 min walk.”

“The staff was amazing and some how could make you forget how beautiful the hotel is. My wife and I have stayed many other hotels in Medellin and this staff and hotel are in a whole different category.”

“Overall, the hotel is really good. They are in the middle of a renovation period, so the spa and gift shop are not available. It will be great when it's all ready. The facility is good right now, the staff is excellent, breakfast is amazing, and the rooms are well-kept.”
