“Thanks for such a wonderful stay! We had a wonderful time and our only regret is that we couldn’t extend our stay for a few more nights! Every member of staff that we encountered was kind and helpful! The pool was great and we loved all of the meals that we had at Alma (we had breakfast, lunch and dinner). This hotel is a truly remarkable oasis!”

“The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't.
Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction.
All in all, really nice apartment and property.”

“Me encantó donde estaba situado y todo dentro del hotel muy limpio, personal atento. “I had a great stay here. The room was smaller than I imagined it to be but it was still amazing. Everything was well done and pretty. The breakfast was pretty good. All the staff are sweet and helpful. The pool was perfectly warm and the view was pretty. 10/10 I would definitely stay here again.”

“Convenient right on main street. Customer service is very terrible especially Agent Mike and Agent Fernanda, they contradicted each other.They wanted me to pay double because my guest will arrive at 5pm otherwise I must register my guest at check in. Never heard such a thing like that from my entire years of traveling. Hotel is great as far of security. Bathroom has no rack in the shower or a hook outside to hang your towel. “The room was small and felt claustrophobic. The walls are very thin. Our neighboring room had very loud residents and we could hear them fighting in there. As a family, we were scared that this could go south very fast, I went down to let the staff know and see if they could diffuse the situation.
