“This was an incredible hotel. The pictures did not do it justice. The room was clean, water pressure GREAT, balconies was cute and the rooftop was adorable. The breakfast was included and it was very tasteful. The hotel has 3 separate restaurants on the lower level. The location is great, SEVERAL delicious restaurants in the area. Great stay.”

“The amenities were great. The ambiance was quant and just like the pictures. The staff was great especially Vicki. I had a 1 bedroom apartment and it was very spacious. My balcony view was not good and housekeeping is additional. Overall great experience.”

“Not a good trip, beach was closed near the hotel. I was told that the restaurant was hosting the World Cup and no reservations were needed for the Colombia game, which was false and no seats were available. Staff wasn’t very helpful with my situation. Food & drinks took forever to receive whether you’re at the restaurant, bar or pool side. Service is extremely slow.”

“The property was well maintained and clean. The manager was helpful. The portal to invite guests was weird, it says you could, but you couldn't.
Really nice pool and beach area. The bar and restaurant were not completed and during the day you could hear construction.
All in all, really nice apartment and property.”

“Everything about this property has been great. Staff has been excellent. Food has been great. Outdoor pool, beach and restaurants on site. All of the amenities made it hard to venture to experience other parts of Cartagena. Also very close to wall city. 5 min taxi or 15-20 min walk.”
