The place is beautiful, nice private beach area, calm water. Lots of wild life, staff is great and willing to help. It was mostly local tourism the days we were there. The place is very expansive, lots of walking and no elevators, wouldn't work for older people or parents with small children on strollers. Cartagena traffic is crazy, don't even think about renting a car. The last 6 km are on a dirt road which turns really bad when it rains. The entertainment team is very busy, lots of activities.

The location is bar none. Across from a great beach, right by the hop on hop off juan valdez stop. The building is very nice and clean. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. I bought the all inclusive and the food was great. The pool is clean and right by the snacks and drinks. The ride to the pier/ downtown is 12000 or 5usd right from the hotel taxi depot. Right behind the hotel is a highly walkable thoroughfare with shops and restaurants.

Amazing facility, it was the best choice I've done for vacations in the Caribbean. The hotel is close to the airport, just right in front the most beautiful beach and close to the shopping areas. The rooms are new, comfortable and impeccable, the food was fresh and delicious, has the most wonderful swimming pools, provides you nightly shows with life music and entertainment. The service and customer support was fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel and come back whenever possible......
